Over time, and with a continued lack of sleep, the skin will begin to show signs of breaking down in the form of wrinkles.

3) Remove. Use the fine art of exfoliation to remove dirt and debris from your skin. Allowing dirt, oils, and dead skin to build up on your skin can lead to other problems and unhealthy skin conditions. Get rid of it before it has the opportunity to become a problem.
